Processing Time
Orders are currently processed and shipped within 5–7 business days. Because Heartline Sets are made in small batches, processing times may occasionally run longer during high-demand drops we'll always keep you updated by email if that's the case.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer free shipping on orders over $75 to Canada and the United States. For orders under $75, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times after your order ships:
- Canada: 3–7 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
Please note these are estimates, not guarantees delivery times can be affected by your local carrier, customs processing, or high shipping volume.
International Shipping & Customs
For orders shipping outside your local region, your package may be subject to customs inspection and processing in transit. This is outside of our control and can occasionally extend delivery by a few extra days. We'll always notify you by email if we're aware of a delay affecting your order.
Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey the rest of the way.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us at shopstillher@gmail.com within 7 days so we can help investigate.
Address Accuracy
Please double check your shipping address at checkout we're not able to redirect packages once they've shipped, and we can't be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
